All aloneWhat do you do, when all that you loved, has abandoned you? When everyone who was supposed to always be there for you, are no longer there? When you can hear nothing but your own breathing and see nothing but the darkness stretching on in front of you?
What do you do, when you are truly Alone?

Never Letting GoHe was always alone.
Always putting on a pained smile,
Always twiddling his thumbs,
Always straying from the group.
He barely spoke,
He barely laughed,
Until she came along.
With her, he smiled,
He laughed,
He lived.
She barely spoke,

Without her, he smiled,
He laughed,
He screamed.
Without her, he began anew,
He built,
He danced.

The MindThe mind perceives what it wants to see
Distorting natural images into something twisted,
Something "sane."
The mind is a permanent failsafe

Let Us BeThe artists in this world are so many, but so few and are believed-to be those kind of snobby uptight, beret-wearing maniacs who only picked up the trade to make some quick money. Each stroke of the pen or brush coated in green ink and shrouded in smoke before being sent off with a letterhead of pure gold.

But what of the truth tucked away in this aberration that twists beliefs and adds contempt for the growing creative? What of the beginning of the journey, even before the artist knows the artist is an artist-before the hate and before the recognition? When that beautiful person is just learning to scratch and scribble, to read and write?

Just a BookIf you were given
A pen to create with,
A book to write in,
What would you fill it with?

Would you keep it framed on a shelf
Or fill each page with moving words,
Or spiraling tendrils of ink and paint,
Or throw it in a box and let it be forgotten?

Could you watch it fall to pieces
In your worn and aging hands,
In a shattered and defaced frame,
In boxes torn and rotten?

If you were given
Just a pen to write with,
Just a book to write in,
What would you fill it with?

Just a DreamRemember the last time,

A dream was all it was,

The wind distorting your cheeks,

Tiny dots becoming giant mountains,
A rounded Earth pushed flat.

Replaced by streams of water in a cloud.
Your body reaching out to the widening Earth,
Urged on by the one thing you could never control.

Soundless screams being shoved down your throat,
Hands gripping out for any sort of savior.

to fear the fear just makes it worse.
fear doesn't strike you - it helps you to strike your enemies.
but sometimes it's too suspicious. makes you fear things that you don't have to.
fear makes you watchful, it doesn't watch you
fear is what's keeping you alive in border situations
fear is't a chink in your armour,it fills out the chink to make you save.

but when fear is too fearful, you imagine to go mad...

Not quite. If you use fear "to gain power over others" as you say, you're always afraid of those people. So you're supressing them and that leads to revolution against yourself. So I wouldn't use fear to overpower others...

maybe I did use the wrong words in my statement above. ("striking your enemies" in life-threatening situations. but of course only few ever do come to such)

I guess then fear is a sort of 'sword and shield' thing, it can weilded against you or used to support you against others depending on how you use it.

I wouldn't say that fear's a sword or shield...
rather that it gives you the push to go through border situations

maybe you'll understand one day what i'm trying to say. it's kinda tricky to explain.
I guess it's one of those things you have to experience all by yourself...
